Preliminary Information:
Float registrations and sponsorships are now active and accepting your information. Volunteer opportunities are coming soon!
The route for 2023 will follow the identical route used in this year's City of Waukesha Memorial Day and 4th of July parades.
Please stay tuned for information on the timing of road closures, safety precautions, and parking limitations.
If your child/children would like to write a Letter to Santa, the US Postal Service will pick up their letters along the parade route (they are marching in the parade).
A portion of the proceeds from this year's parade will be donated to local community organizations as directed by the City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors.

Parade Safety
The City of Waukesha Chamber of Commerce will be working closely with the City of Waukesha, the Police Department, the Fire Department, and the Department of Public Works to enhance the safety of parade participants and attendees.
Volunteers
A community parade of this size requires numerous volunteers to make it happen successfully. We truly could not do this without the support of so many volunteers - thank you to those who have volunteered in the past. Volunteer sign-up for 2023 will begin soon. If you would like to let us know of your volunteer interest, please email info@waukeshaworks.com.
