Kim Krueger, Branch Manager, Home Federal Savings Bank

Kim Krueger has strong ties to the Waukesha community and has been a local community banker for over ten years. Kim is currently the Branch Manager at Home Federal Savings Bank serving greater Waukesha County. Prior to that, she was a Branch Manager for First Federal Bank of Waukesha. Both positions have given her the opportunity to work with the residents and businesses of Waukesha helping them meet their financial goals. 

Building relationships and staying involved with the community has always been her passion. Kim served for five years on the task force of Operation Finally Home, helping to raise money for custom-built, mortgage free homes for Waukesha county’s military heroes. One of her favorite undertakings was with the Christmas Clearing Council where she helped deliver Christmas gifts to families that may not have been able to provide their children with a gift from Santa.  In her spare time, Kim enjoys spending time at her seasonal camping site in Baraboo with her husband, family, and friends.

Rob Hoverman, ​Hydrogeologist Program Coordinator-Vapor Intrusion Expert, Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (WDNR)

Rob is currently with the WDNR and was previously with EnviroForensics, LLC, an environmental consulting firm, that serves clients with contaminated properties from historical uses.  Rob's professional experience as a geologist spans multiple states and more than 20 years of professional environmental service with a focus on contaminated site management.  (Includes due diligence for property transactions, sub-surface investigations, and remediation projects regulated by state or federal programs.) He has been involved in every aspect of projects from proposal preparation through project closure, regulatory negotiations, and stakeholder communications.  Outside of work, Rob enjoys coaching and playing with his family for the Milwaukee Hurling Club and he volunteers annually building garden beds with the Victory Garden Blitz.

David Taylor, Account Executive, Bonafide Security Solutions

​​Dave Taylor is currently serving Bonafide Security Solutions as Account Manager, with previous account executive experience at Attorneys' Title Guaranty Fund, Inc. (ATG).  Dave is a 30-year veteran in the mortgage industry and began his career in the mortgage industry servicing mortgage loans for Fleet Mortgage, and then moved to residential appraising.   He then transitioned into the sales side of the business as an Account Executive with PMI Mortgage Insurance for 11 years, and then in wholesale and correspondent lending for the past 8 years. Dave has also been very involved with the Wisconsin Mortgage Bankers Association, and the Commercial Realtors Association.

Dave Molenda, CPBA, CPDFA, CPEQA, Founder, Positive Polarity, LLC

​Dave Molenda, CPBA, CPDFA, CPEQA is the founder of Positive Polarity, LLC, a Midwest based  coaching/training firm that brings solid growth to companies from over 30 years of real-world experience where he grew his business to $10,000,000.00 in annual sales before selling it. He speaks regularly at conferences around the country on topics that are designed to make the listener not only hear, but engage.
He developed a formula for success, ST + ICE = P (Strengthening the Team + Improving the Customers Experience = Profit) and with this formula, he has helped companies with their business growth. His #1 Amazon best Selling book called, Growing on Purpose, details the importance of both the team and the customer and how, if treated properly, profit will follow! He also is the host of The Positive Polarity Podcast, a weekly Podcast that interviews awesome business professional with amazing stories!

Patrick Martin, Assistant Vice President/Business Lending, Landmark Credit Union

Patrick Martin is a Assistant Vice President / Business Lending Officer at Landmark Credit Union, where he builds strong relationships and working with multi-family investors and commercial owner-occupied property owners and helping them achieve their financial goals and dreams.  He is an accomplished lender who provides business lending and commercial real estate financing solutions and currently heads up Landmark's Focus Real Estate program designed for purchasing or refinancing commercial owner occupied buildings and smaller apartment buildings, in primarily the Southeast Wisconsin. He has worked in the banking industry since 2002 and has experience in both retail and commercial relationships.  In addition, Patrick has over 20 years of commercial and consumer lending experience, and has served on multiple chambers and boards throughout his career.

​Born and raised in eastern Pennsylvania, Patrick is a 1995 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University receiving his Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications. He moved to Wisconsin in 2002 and currently resides in the City of Waukesha with his fiancé and two of three of his daughters. 
​

Jeff Fortin, Senior Economic Development and Redevelopment Planner, City of Waukesha

​Jeff Fortin resides in Waukesha and is currently the Senior Economic Development and Redevelopment Planner for the City of Waukesha.  He has been with the City of Waukesha since 2013.  Prior to the City of Waukesha, Jeff worked as a planner with the City of Glendale and City of Oak Creek.  He holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Master’s Degree in Urban Planning, both from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.  Jeff is a certified urban planner through the American Institute of Certified Planners.
 
Jeff’s work with the City has included implementation of the City’s Central City Master plan, downtown revitalization, marketing, and branding efforts.  He also in actively involved in working on long-range planning, redevelopment projects and Tax Incremental Finance Districts throughout the City. 

Aaron Davis, Managing Principal Architect, FEH Design

​ Aaron Davis is focused on growing roots in the community as he recently moved to Wisconsin. He and his wife moved in 2020 to become the managing principal architect for FEH Design. When he’s not focused on growing the Wisconsin branch, Aaron leads a very active life.  Every year he and his wife will do an activity for their “day of ridiculous.”  This is a phrase they coined for their one-day activity that others think is ridiculous.  Past years included hiking to the top of a mountain with an elevation of 14,000 ft., 100 miles on rollerblades, and 100,000 steps in one day.  Aaron enjoys pushing the boundaries of what is possible in his personal life as well as his professional; choosing to create new perspectives through new experiences and exploration.

Art Schneider, Realtor, First Weber

Art Schneider has been a Realtor with First Weber for the last 21 years. He donates a portion of all of his sales to the First Weber Foundation that has given away over 3.5 million dollars since 2006. He also provides 2 scholarships to a local high school each year from his sales. His office is located in Waukesha on Sunset Drive. He attended Northview Elementary, Butler Middle School & Waukesha North High School. 

He has coached youth baseball, basketball & football for the past 17 years. He has been involved in many volunteer organizations throughout his life such as Habitat for Humanity, GMAR, PTOs, Booster clubs and others.  He is a Father of four and his incredible wife Lisa is a local florist. In his spare time he likes to rummage with his wife and enjoy various activities outdoors with his family.

Vince Jakubek, Manager, Connect Cell (US Cellular) 

​Vince Jakubek has been part of the Waukesha telecommunications landscape since 2006. He is the manager of Connect Cell, a US Cellular Authorized Agent on Sunset Drive. Vince has a passion for building personal and professional connections. He loves finding new ways to help consumers and businesses stay connected and at the same time, simplify their day-to-day operations. When Vince is not working, he is spending time with his wife and two daughters. He loves to spend time outdoors with his family, enjoying all of Wisconsin’s four seasons. Even when he is exploring all the great activities in Wisconsin, Vince is networking and building new relationships. His goal is to bring out the best in people and bring positivity into the community.

Kelsey Hill, Hair Stylist, HairObsessed Wellness Boutique & Founder, Beyond Beauty for Survivors

Kelsey Hill is a Military spouse of 15 years, mother of 3, business owner and philanthropist. After 9 moves, she now has her own motto "People are my passion". She aspires to help others reach their potential through support and encouragement. 

Kelsey is a hair stylist and color specialist of Hair0bsessed Wellness Boutique and caters to the client by putting them first.
Kelsey is also the founder of Beyond Beauty for Survivors, an organization helping to support women and children in Uganda who have been affected by Trafficking/exploitation. She works in advocacy and helps women who have been victimized. She educates our community by offering free awareness trainings and offering support to local initiatives.  


She dedicates her spare time to her community by building up her fellow business owners and supporting the growth and future of her new home. She's proud to be in Waukesha and even though it's her 9th home, she feels as if it will be her favorite.
