DETAILS: In preparation for the upcoming holidays, a city-wide challenge is being offered to anyone seeking to drop a few pounds and improve their overall health habits through diet and exercise. The three most successful participants will earn cash incentives of up to $500, $300, and $200. (Note: incentive amounts subject to program participation).
Under the guidance of certified personal trainer Ryan Bloor of Right Body Fitness participants will receive twice weekly emails, one focusing on exercise and one on diet/nutrition. Participants will be offered one free one-on-one hour-long session with the trainer during the challenge period as well.
