All entries will be judged in the following categories:

Please pass this information on to all of your group members.
- Your unit's position number in the parade will be listed after registration has closed.
- On parade day, you’ll be provided your number for display on your unit.
- ALL units must display the provided sign on the front right (passenger) side of your unit.
- On parade day, your position may change slightly. Check the chamber website for updates or lineup modifications.
ROUTE FOR 2021
- The parade will begin on Main St. and Whiterock Ave. and will travel to West Ave., south on West Ave. to Wisconsin Ave., east on Wisconsin Ave. to North Grand Ave., south on North Grand Ave. to East Park Ave., where the parade will disband.
- The total route is approximately one mile in length.

- The staging area will still be on White Rock.
STAGING AREA
- The parade staging area will take place on White Rock Avenue between Main Street and Perkins Avenue.
- You MUST enter the White Rock Avenue staging area from north of Perkins Avenue
- A check in station will be at Perkins and White Rock (approximately) you must check in to get your line up number.
- You will then be assisted to your spot in line.
- Line-up numbers will be posted on White Rock Avenue on stakes on both sides of the street.
- All units must be in place in the staging area by 3:00 p.m.
- If you are entering a float for judging, you must be in place by 2:30 p.m.
- We expect about 80 units again this year-- so please be on time.
FLOAT JUDGING / PERFORMANCE JUDGING
- Float judging will take place in the line-up area.
- If you are entering a float for judging, you must be in place by 2:30 p.m.
- Performance groups will be judged along the route, and winners will be notified after the parade.
- The local papers will be notified of all winners following the parade.
- All units that wish to be judged must be pre-registered.
All entries will be judged in the following categories:
- Most outstanding float design and dramatic impact
- Most outstanding display of showmanship and entertainment
PARADE RULES
- NO OTHER SANTAS IN THE PARADE.
- For the safety of spectators, please DO NOT throw anything from your unit.
- Units may not delay the parade or march backwards.
- These restrictions are being enforced to avoid any mishaps with children and to keep the parade running in a safe and orderly fashion. Thank you for your assistance.
- Parade officials and radio operators will be located along the route wearing reflective vests &/or official t-shirts
- Please follow requests made by the parade officials.
- ALL units involving a motor vehicle MUST have holiday-appropriate lighting.
DIRECTIONS
- To enter Waukesha from Highway I-94, exit Hwy. 18 West to Waukesha. Follow Hwy. 18 to White Rock Avenue to Staging area.
- To enter Waukesha from Hwy. I-43, exit Hwy. 164 North to Waukesha. Continue onto East Street. Make a right onto Main Street. Make a Left onto Perkins and a Left onto White Rock.
- PARKING is at the parade route end on Maple Ave. at the Waukesha Public Library and the Central Middle School parking lots.
